The Louisville City Schools' counseling programs are essential for all students to achieve optimal personal growth, acquire positive social skills and values, set appropriate career goals and realize their full potential to become productive, contributing members of the world community.

As counselors, we understand that middle school can be a very difficult time for students as they are learning to navigate through an ever-changing world. Our priority is to protect the overall wellbeing of our LMS students. In doing so, we try our best to provide the services needed to help our students reach their full academic, social/personal, and career potential.
